This prevents peer dependency installation warning when using the latest version.
From https://github.com/vitejs/devtools/releases/tag/v0.2.0 and https://github.com/vitejs/devtools/releases/tag/v0.3.0 I've assumed things are compatible, but have not tested exhaustively.
Note allowing a broader range here might be a more suitable alternative, depending on project needs and policies.
