Since the package uses a different API/ABI based on presence of SSE4.2, provide separate variants for baseline (nocona) and x86-64-v2. This makes it possible to use folly to build packages using higher -march= as well. Addresses conda-forge#296 on x86_64. Signed-off-by: Michał Górny <mgorny@quansight.com>
