Add generator and config for charmed nuclei (c-deuteron)

@zhangbiao-phy this PR adds the generator for the c-deuteron simulation. A few points to be noted, that can be modified if needed

• Prompt c-deuterons are injected with a flat pT distribution to allow any a posteriori reweight. If you prefer we could directly use something more realistic
• In the end I chose a lifetime of 500 microns, that should allow us to reweight both to larger and smaller values
• c-deuterons are injected in the rapidity window |y|<1, this should be enough for us to evaluate the acceptance factor (but if we want to be 100% sure, we can enlarge it to |y|<1.5)
• 10 c-deuterons are injected per event (25% of the times from Lb decays, 75% of the times promptly produced)

@mpuccio @fmazzasc I implemented a small change in CoalescencePythia8.h to avoid biasing the acceptance since we do coalescence of decay products that can have |y|>1 even if the mother particle has |y|<1. The default behavior is unmodified.
