When closing Bruno, I see a "Bruno Setup" error: "Unable to elevate, error 6"

I have checked the following:

• I have searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

This bug is:

• making Bruno unusable for me
• slowing me down but I'm able to continue working
• annoying
• this feature was working in a previous version but is broken in the current release.

Describe the bug

[Bruno 3.3.0 installed into a hardened VM image of Windows 2022 datacenter edition]

After using Bruno 3.3.0, I click the 'x' to close. All collections are saved correctly, but a Windows UAC message appears stating: "The app has been blocked by your system administrator". After closing that dialogue, a new dialogue box appears. Window title is "Bruno Setup", error message states: "Unable to elevate, error 6".

Doesn't affect use, but is annoying.
